Purpose of Ministry: To prayerfully knit or crochet shawls for members of the parish in need of prayer, including those with illness, death or births.
Number of Hours Expected to Be Needed Each Month: Time varies depending upon the number of shawls needed.
Meeting Requirements: 7:00 pm on the 3rd Thursday of each month (meets in the parlor at the Church).
Where are Ministry Services Provided: Church and home.
Explanation: Shawls are made in a pattern of your choosing. The shawls are blessed at the Church during the regular healing services. We encourage the members of this ministry to pray while they knit or crochet for those in need of the shawls.
