Social this afternoon at 5:00 at the Casual Pint in honor of Jim Brock as he goes to spend a year with his grandchildren in upstate New York. Our prayers go with you, Jim.
We need someone to open the Church and make the coffee September 12, 19, and 26. I will be out of town.
Monty needs help moving the tables over to Sacred Heart on the Saturday the 24th at 11:00 AM for the Pasta Cook-off. We need men at 7 PM to bring the tables back to Ascension
Smokin Brothers: We need 4 men at 4:00 pm on Friday to prep the meat. Andrew will open the church at 7 AM Saturday morning so Danny can get the meat. Danny will smoke 100 tenderloin. We will sell them Saturday afternoon from 2:00 – 3:00 PM and Sunday morning after the 8:00 and 10:00 AM services. We need men to man the tables during those times. The tenderloin will be $15.00 each.
Rowboat project: Jim Brock has offered us his boats. The quarter size boat seems to be the best option.

Family Promise take down will be this Sunday at 7:00 AM.
