Sermon by The Rev. Chelsea E. Krahulik
December 4, 2016
“Here in Advent, we don’t have to pretend. We don’t have to act like life is always easy and right or that faith always flows readily. We don’t have to pretend that hurt and suffering don’t exist, and we don’t have to act like they don’t matter. This is a season with room enough to hold all our grief and sadness and woundedness. In fact, this season calls us to acknowledge our individual and corporate brokenness.” From The Rev. Chelsea E. Krahulik’s sermon on December 4, 2016.
