Located at 800 South Northshore Drive, Ascension is nestled on a hill across from Sacred Heart Cathedral and next door to the National Veterans Cemetery in the Lyons View neighborhood. The office phone number is 865-588-0589, and the office is open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
