Funding Eligibility
1. Funding is available only for internal ministry needs and projects of Ascension.
2. No funding request shall support an activity or event which occurs externally to the Church of the Ascension.
3. Requests should clearly demonstrate the positive impact on the church community.
4. Funds shall be designated to church ministries.
5. The Committee shall not fund requests for items or expenses already covered by the ministry’s budget.
Application Requirements
1. The chair of the ministry, or an individual designated by chair to act on their behalf, must complete the Gift Committee request form.
2. Applications must be received by the quarterly published deadline. No late applications will be accepted.
3. Applications must be completed in full and accompanied by all necessary documentation supporting the funding request.
4. Requests will be limited to one funding request per ministry per quarter.
